Fees
Usually varies by location;
Fees at the Cary Building for Rare Earth Yoga and Julie Friar Yoga are $100 for 10, $60 for 5, or $15 for 1 class, this gives you access to any of the Cary Building classes.
Payment
Only cash or check please, fees are due at the beginning of the session unless other arrangements have been made with Rare Earth Yoga or their associates.
Wavier
All students are required to sign a Yoga Teacher Liability Student Waiver Agreement to participate in Rare Earth Yoga classes. We ask you to acknolwedge that in any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, please listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Always continue to breathe smoothly.
Make-ups
Registered students who miss class can make up in another class, or send someone in their place, or bring someone along to use the missed class (during the same session).
Refunds
Session and drop-in classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expiration will not be extended. Please contact Rare Earth Yoga for other types of consideration.
Substitutes
When a substitute teacher is needed only a registered teacher will teach. It is a unique experience to practice with another teacher, please keep an open mind and enjoy the change.
Weather policy
If VA public schools clase, we will likely close. In NoVA weather emergencies, we close. Any doubt please call, we will also strive to send out a timely email notification.
Children
Children under 16 are requested to attend classes for their age group, a discussion with the teacher a minimum of 2 days before the class is needed for adjustments to this policy.
